Catherine has been practicing as an RMT for 18 years. She specializes in muscle rehabilitation and pain management. Her treatments focus on treating repetitive strain injuries, trigger point therapy, deep tissue release and myofascial work. She has an in depth knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and human anatomy and is dedicated to her patients well being.
Catherine practices what she preaches by always putting her own health at the top of her priority list, a good balance of eating clean, regular exercise and family time are an important part of her life outside of clinic.
Tri is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a Master of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Human Kinetics. His manual therapy level one certification helps with his keen interest in strength training and has completed courses in Functional Dry Needling and Manual Therapy.
Your initial appointment with Tri will include a thorough assessment and a hands-on approach to rehabilitation. Your treatment will always be tailored toward goals you will establish collaboratively. Tri believes that individualized and evidence-based care allows patients to experience the fastest road to recovery.
Tri is a gym enthusiast and especially enjoys working with sport injuries or someone who wants a kick start into anything fitness related.
Varsity Athlete, Physiotherapist and Green Tea enthusiast Spencer is the newest member of Health HUB. A Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa and a Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario make Spencer well equipped to tackle any injury that may present. Spencer has his level one manual therapy and a particular interest in working with sports injuries and chronic/complex pain. Spencer observes the human body through the lens of functional movement, paying special attention to how your nervous system and musculoskeletal system interact.
Spencer has continued to shape his understanding of human movement and health by taking post-graduate courses in Myofascial release, Functional Dry Needling and Manual Therapy Level 1. Expect a thorough assessment, manual therapy and information that will help you to understand how to better yourself.

Terry began his studies when he had more hair at the University of Ottawa in the Kinesiology program and completed his Physiotherapy degree at the University of Toronto. During his professional career Terry has developed extensive clinical experience in orthopaedics, pre and post-surgical protocols, sports medicine, performance training and lifestyle management.
Terry has worked with athletes of all levels. These have included recreational athletes right through to Olympic and professional athletes. This has included but is not limited to players from the NHL, MLB and NFL. Terry’s goal is to bridge the gap between rehab and performance and create resiliency to further injury.
Treatment with Terry will always have an emphasis on manual therapy, biomedical acupuncture/dry needling and often an element of strength and conditioning. He is energetic and passionate about integrating his knowledge with a fun and informative approach, this approach helps you be the best version of yourself.
